All Happy thoughts express the Truth,

All other thoughts are personal feelings.

Our innocence and perfection is a Fact

Everything else is a feeling,

All feelings fully Felt and Enjoyed

Lead us back to the Fact of our Innocence

Commitment to the Fact of our Innocence and Perfection

Frees up energy that was spent in equivocation

And allows us to use that energy to

Enjoy our feelings
